You can check list of <a href=\"http:\/\/devdocs.magento.com\/guides\/m1x\/ce19-ee114\/RWD_dev-guide.html#intro-exceptions\" target=\"_blank\">Exceptions to Responsive Web Design<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You can follow below steps to resolve CAPTCHA issue.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>#1. Enable CAPTCHA from Magento Admin Panel<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"blogul mtm25\">\n<li>First login to backend.<\/li>\n<li>Go to System&gt; Configuration&gt; Customers&gt; Customer Configuration&gt; CAPTCHA<\/li>\n<li>Select \u201cYes\u201d option for Enable CAPTCHA on Frontend as shown below in figure.<\/li>\n<li>Final step is to Save Config.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n<p style=\" text-align: center; \"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-331\" src=\"http:\/\/www.effectualmedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/RWD-CAPTCHA.png\" alt=\"RWD-CAPTCHA\" width=\"782\" height=\"870\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.effectualmedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/RWD-CAPTCHA.png 782w, https:\/\/www.effectualmedia.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/RWD-CAPTCHA-270x300.png 270w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 782px) 100vw, 782px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/h2>\n<h2>#2. Disable RWD Theme&#8217;s captcha.xml File<\/h2>\n<p>You can DELETE or Rename app\/design\/frontend\/rwd\/default\/layout\/captcha.xml file.
